This has been her fueling belief for past 20 years.
Before founding Emergence Learning, Perineeta was the Co-Founder of Quatrro’s HR consulting venture “Stratemis”. She was leading Employee Development, Employee Communication function and acted as the chairperson for the Internal Committee for Anti-Harassment across all Quatrro group companies. She started her career with GECIS as a collection’s executive, and within a year took a leap into the world of Training. She then moved to Keane Worldzen (now NTT Data), where she set up and led Operations Training for entire organization.

Perineeta tryst with creating an inclusive environment started happened even before the POSH act came out. As a Training Leader for Quatrro group of companies, she was given the role of creating the Prevention of Harassment guidelines for the organization in line with the Vishakha guidelines in 2011. Once the act was passed in 2013, she took over the responsibility of implementing the same across Quatrro Group of companies and took over the role of the deputy chairperson and then a chairperson in 2016. She got herself certified on the act and then in her role as a deputy chairperson and then as a chairperson, she led several initiatives on creating awareness and handling of cases. The initiative named as MyVoice was created with intent to create an environment which is healthy for both men and women. She ensured the practical aspects of the law were understood and implemented by the organization. She had also led the development of an automated platform which ensured the entire investigation is handled through a system that ensures seamless management and efficient tracking to adhere to timelines.
Based on the work she has done, there is now a Harvard case study “Reviving the One-Woman Campaign – Addressing a Clogged Leadership Pipeline” which came out in January 2020.
