Ms. Khatana is a seasoned Human Resources and legal professional. She carries close to Two decades of extensive experience working for Multinationals in Leadership Roles. Ms.Khatana has supported in

Leadership Roles at country and continent (APAC) level for organizations such as TATA business support services, Patni Computers, Miditech, Intelenet (Now Teleperformance) , John Keels , UnitedHealth Group (Fortune 500 Company).

She is leading her Independent Practice as DEI Consultant. She has been associated many organizations as a “Strategic Legal Consultant in area of Corporate Law and Employment Law” and or “External Member on POSH committee.

Advocate Kanchan Khatana holds a Graduate Degree in Economics (BA) from Punjab University, Graduate Degree in Law (LLB) from Rajasthan University, Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Honors in Human Resources Development from Punjab Technical University and another Master’s degree in Law (LLM- Human Rights) from KR Mangalam University.

She holds advance certifications on Project Management and Six Sigma from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT, Delhi) and is Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 27001 from British Standard Institute.

She is a Certified Psychometric Test Professional from MEHR. Certified for PCMM Leve 5 implementation by QAI Global Institute. Further a Certified Compliance Officer from ICSIL (Govt ofIndia PSU). Now, pursuing her Ph.D. in Law.
